"You've built your career on not asking for help. That's also what's keeping you from going further."

Real Questions. Honest Answers.
No coaching jargon. No corporate theatre. Just the conversations that actually matter.
I'm exhausted all the time. Is this burnout or just the job?
Exhaustion is rarely one thing — which is why "just take a holiday" never works. Some things are outside your control. Some things are outside your control but you're spending energy on them anyway. And some are internal — patterns, habits, the stories you tell yourself at 2am. What most executives miss is that the body is part of the equation. Poor sleep, no movement, the wrong nutrition — they compound everything. Sometimes a hard workout does more for your clarity than any strategy session. Burnout is what happens when this goes unmanaged for too long. The exhaustion you feel right now might not be burnout yet. But it's a signal worth taking seriously.
I've never asked for help before. How do I know if I actually need coaching?
I can't talk to my team or my board about what I'm really going through. Who do I talk to?
Will coaching actually make a difference, or is it just expensive conversations?
I don't have time for coaching. My calendar is already impossible.
