Exhaustion is rarely one thing — which is why "just take a holiday" never works. Some things are outside your control. Some things are outside your control but you're spending energy on them anyway. And some are internal — patterns, habits, the stories you tell yourself at 2am. What most executives miss is that the body is part of the equation. Poor sleep, no movement, the wrong nutrition — they compound everything. Sometimes a hard workout does more for your clarity than any strategy session.
